Position Summary
This position is responsible for evaluation and implementation of appropriate and prescribed occupational therapy services to each assigned patient. The staff OT provides clinical supervision to staff and assists the director with budgeting, marketing, and planning capital expenditure. The staff OT also assists the supervisor with quality and performance improvement activities and performs other duties as assigned. This position has exposure to communicable disease and body fluids. This position spends the majority of time walking and/or standing (up to 60% of work time). Frequent lifting, pulling, and pushing of up to 50 lb. Is also required (up to 30% of work time). Local travel is required.
Licenses/Certifications Required
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Arkansas, Valid Drivers License, automobile liability insurance, CPR.
Educational and Skill Competencies Required
Graduation from an accredited school of occupational therapy and licensure to practice as an occupational therapist in the State of Arkansas.
