The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and the
implementation of treatment program. Contributes to the development and the
upgrading of treatment programs and protocols. Also contributes to the
development and completion of departmental and organizational goals and
objectives.

Bachelors degree in OT, licensed or eligible for licensed in KY.
Experience in inpatient rehab preferred.
