An ot - innovative senior care therapist is responsible for providing occupational therapy related treatments to professionals who are on the verge of retiring or have already retired. Specific duties of an ot - innovative senior care therapist include meeting and greeting senior professionals, consulting them for the ailments or physical problems faced by them, educating them on the right ways to exercise, providing patients with more information on the treatment plan, providing patients with medicinal stocks, providing excellent patient care, working on special projects, suggesting a body check up in case the ailments are serious and cant be treated at organizational facilities and performing several other tasks. An ot - innovative senior care therapist typically reports to the occupational therapy manager.An ot - innovative senior care therapist should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant area. Prior experience providing occupational therapy to senior citizens may be helpful.
