Occupational Health Advisors
We are seeking a team of OHAs who will thrive in the diversity of university life and enjoy working with employees from varied roles and professional backgrounds, and who will assist us to support our university aim to provide a positive, inclusive, and safe working environment for all employees.
We currently have three part time
positions available in our Occupational Health team with a range of hours offered. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – working from home and on campus as required. You will provide exceptional OH advice and guidance, supporting managers and employees across our three campuses.
The main elements of this role include supporting case management, workplace assessment, health surveillance, and advising on health and wellbeing and employee health policy and procedure. In addition, we welcome applications from those with experience in organisation-wide employee wellbeing initiatives. Applicants must
be a Registered General Nurse having a degree level
(or equivalent) post registration qualification in Occupational Health (currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, Parts 1 & 3 (SCPHN OH)). We are a nurse led service with regular clinical support from our appointed Occupational Physician.
